After learning about Kandinsky, the kids painted some bisque tiles and I tiled a bench. There were too many tiles, so I ended up making a hook board. Fun project. The prints that the kids made covered a complete wall when they were hung together! Good times.
The third grade used toothpicks to make dots with acrylic paint on some lovely fabric. The chair was $20 on craigslist!
The staff colored lovely designs on 200 plates donated to us by the Chinet company. Then they were melted in a toaster oven. They're fixed on to a hanging planter with paperclips!
